Lizzy's favorite sushi restaurant! Make reservations ASAP as they are usually booked. A little on the pricer side but well worth it!

Uchi

A hidden gem! A nano-distillery with a small tasting room and outdoor seating. Fun and unique cocktails (as well as classic ones).

Ballmer Peak Distillery

We went here on our first date! Great views of downtown Denver.

El Five

A food hall great for big groups so everyone can try something different!

Edgewater Public Market

One of our most frequented breweries. They don't serve food but there's usually a food truck outside or a there's a BBQ restaurant next door. Try their fun cocktail slushies!

Green Mountain Beer Company

Located in downtown Morrison close to our house. Try the Italian nachos!

Roof Top Tavern

Outlet mall located across the street from the hotels! They have tons of great stores like Lululemon and Nike.

Outlets at Castle Rock

Scenic hike (1.6 miles out and back) where we took some of our engagement photos!. Located only 1 hour outside of Denver. Dress warmer as temperatures will be lower than in the city.

St Mary's Glacier Trailhead

One of the world's most renowned concert venues! The outdoor venue hosts concerts and events throughout the year. Various hiking trails surround the venue.

Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre

A very popular dim sum restaurant. They don't take reservations so try to get there early!
