How does the shuttle work? - Fairfield Inn & Suites
Answer
Shuttle services can be arranged at the front desk upon check-in. The Fairfield offers both drop-off and pick-up times. The shuttle fits 11 people at one time; please plan accordingly for groups wanting to shuttle together. The last available pick-up time from Laurel Ridge is 10:30 PM. So, if you wish to stay later please seek other arrangements such as Uber or Lyft. All information above regarding the shuttle was provided by the hotel; any further questions can be directed to them.

Shuttle services can be arranged at the front desk upon check-in. The Quality Inn offers both drop-off and pick-up times. The shuttle fits 10 people at one time; please plan accordingly for groups wanting to shuttle together. The last available pick-up time from Laurel Ridge is 12:00 PM. All information above regarding the shuttle was provided by the hotel; any further questions can be directed to them.

Can I leave my car in the parking lot?
Answer
Yes. The venue allows you to leave your vehicle in the parking lot overnight as long as you pick it up by 12:00 PM the next day. All violators of these conditions will be towed.

When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
We are asking all guests to RSVP no later than June 9th, 2022. Guests can either use the RSVP tab in the main menu, or send their response via mail with the pre-postage paid respondence card found in your invitation suite.

Summer cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.
