We're Getting Hitched!

We first met, when we were much younger. I was a silly schoolgirl and he was a “cool” college kid that happened to be my close friend’s big brother. We came and went, basically existing around each other. Fast forward almost 20 years.. He’s working at the pizza place and I strike up a Facebook conversation with him. After talking for a bit, I said “You should bring me chicken tenders when you’re out of work!” (I was only joking!) Sure enough, after he got off work, he shows up at my house with some chicken tenders and a Mountain Dew. After talking in my driveway for a while, he got a hug and a kiss on the cheek from me. Jeremy is not always the super romantic type, but he hit it out of the park with this one. Jeremy asked for Stefanie’s father’s permission first and brought her up to the top of SAW Hill to propose. A beautiful day, a beautiful ring and the start of a new chapter in life. But if you ask Bella, she’s convinced they got engaged at the hardware store!
