How did we meet? We initially met through mutual friends on a zoom gathering in 2020. Our first meeting on zoom allowed us to learn about each others’ experiences serving where the need is great; an avenue of service that has laid the foundation for our future goals. This led on to many more early morning zoom service groups. Honestly, at this point there was no romantic interest, but we really began to appreciate each other as friends. Besides, it was neither of our preference to meet and to start dating all through zoom. In time in 2021, we were able to meet and hang out in person! Once again, still friends throughout this time. By the beginning of 2022, we started to look at each other differently. After much time, thought, prayer and consulting others, individually we both knew it was something we wanted to pursue. We were able to hang out again in April of 2022 over some shrimp and grits. Because we had not officially talked to each other about it yet, the floor had finally opened to let each other know how we felt. 11 months later here we are inviting you to our wedding.😊
