When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 6th as we need to get a final headcount to the caterer. If we do not have your RSVP by September 6th we will assume you will not be going.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered directly on Zola and you can view our registry on this website.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony at 6 pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 6:30 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding is black-tie optional. We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is formal attire. Please no jeans!

Can I bring a date?

Your invitation will specify how many seats have been saved in your honor.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love children, due to limited space, we can only accommodate children if they are specifically addressed when you RSVP.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of rooms located at the Hampton Inn in Egg Harbor Township. Call and ask to book under the Rudolph/Solan wedding for our discounted rate.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There is parking directly next to the ceremony/reception building. There will be signs to guide you.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We have arranged transportation with a service named Mike's Affordable Shuttle. They will be doing two trips departing from the Hampton Inn to Renault and then two trips from Renault back to the Hampton Inn. Departure times from the hotel will be 5:00 pm and 5:45 pm and pick up from the reception will be 11:00 pm and 12:00 am.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All three of the events will take place in the same building, indoors.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! There will be an option for you to clarify this when completing your RSVP.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Please drink responsibly and find a safe ride back.
