Wedding Party

Will Moyer

Officiant

Will and I met in Chaing Mai, Thailand. We lived in the same apartment building and shared a balcony in the middle of the city. I often Kramered my way into his apartment. Since that time I've considered him to be one of my closest, most hilarious, thoughtful, and wise friends. Will affectionately refers to me as “Pubert”. Since our Thai adventures, Will has come to visit Minneapolis for three Halloweens in a row before we relocated to Denver. It's kind of become our thing. Now he and his girlfriend Melissa also live in Denver and we continue our adventures, but this time it's with a mountain back drop!

Lauren Carpenter

Bridesmaid

Lauren and I met in Highschool, but we didn't become friends until we studied abroad together in college. We became close over the semester and then I convinced her to stay in Europe an extra two months after our program to backpack with me! During these two ridiculous, colorful, spontaneous, wine filled months bumming around Europe Is when we truly fell in love with each other and I realized she would be in my life forever. We have daydreamed about growing old in a duplex together so we and see each other everyday. She is my platonic soulmate. I LOVE LAZ!

Lauren Kolsum

Bridesmaid

A close friend to both of us! Robbie first met Lauren in interior design class in high school. Ruby became fast friends with Lauren shortly after starting to date Robbie. We even got matching tattoos that say "Nevertheless, she persisted"! Lauren is one of Ruby's most trusted confidants, best adventure buddies, sharpest dressed and goofiest pals. We're lucky she came out to live in Denver shortly after we did so the adventures continue regularly.

Leah Wing

Bridesmaid

Leah and I met at Freshman orientation at the University of Minnesota and were paired up as random roommates that night. I awkwardly asked her if she wanted to live together freshman year and she hesitantly agreed. The rest is history. Leah now lives in Denver (5 blocks from us) so I am lucky enough to have regular heart to hearts, wine/movie nights and mountain adventures. Leah has been one of the closest people to me in my life since I was 18. We have done a lot of growing up together since then and Leah has supported and loved me through it all. I love you, Bing Bong!#DunstanChecksIn #99.9%sure

Bryanna Guy

Bridesmaid

Bry and I met in freshman orientation at the University of Minnesota. The instant bond of a couple of excited and nervous kids about to go off to college. We felt super cool cause we drank Burnetts every weekend and dominated at beer pong. We loved each other enough by the end of our first year that we lived together sophomore year, the most fun year of college. Bry has a genuine love and curiosity for life, is always ready for a heart to heart, an adventure, to laugh with me or cry with me. She's kind, real, thoughtful, and can light up any room. Bry baby, you are one of my soul sisters for life #leahswristsTHO

Melissa Jones Haerle

Bridesmaid

Melissa and I met in our last weeks of college and spent almost everyday of the following summer together. She is wise, kind, never selfish, and good to her core. I am lucky to be loved by her. She is the one who sat with me at 1:00am as I anxiously booked a one way ticket to Thailand to follow a dream. She has always encouraged me to follow my heart, supported and loved me even if that means extended time away from each other. Melissa came to visit me in SE Asia (twice!) and comes to visit Denver regularly. I would see her every day if I could.

Brooklynn Hanson

Bridesmaid

Brooke and I met through her husband, Dave (AKA Stanky Leg extraordinare and best dude friend from undergrad). It took no time for Brooke to feel like one of the gang for us to forge our own strong and unique friendship. She's the life of the party, the best story teller I know, independent, does great impressions, loves hard and is relentlessly loyal to those she cares about. I laugh until it hurts and have the most fun when I'm with Brooke.

John Aura

Groomsman

The Colonel , Mitchell, Hal, Podany & Mike. Among the many names associated with one of my closest friends. Co-creator of the cheese procedure and active participant in taco marathons, Mike and I have had adventures all over the country over the past 17 years. It wasn't until the past few years that we swapped our regular Kego/Marie Lake Cabin adventures for respective mountain ranges in Utah and Colorado. Let us continue to redeem our 'good looking guys' discount looking into the future and know this: you are my lollipop. Sugar sugar top.

Ross McPherson

Groomsman

Excuse me Cuz, have you seen Rupert? I went to high school with Ross and first met him playing hackey sack by the Fruitopia machines. We have many things in common including similar hair styles, love for burritos, affinity towards electric scooters over vehicles & mutual disregard for our shared acid sensitivity. His signature dance move is iconic enough that Denver erected the "Dancers" sculpture in his honor that is locally referred to as the "Dancing Rosses". If you know me even a little bit, you know my passion for laser tag. Ross' dual birthday with another friend was the event that introduced me to laser tag and changed my life forever. Cheers my friend!

Michael Garza

Groomsman

Paging Dr. G! Mike's hair is everything my hair never was. There are only a handful of others in my life that can match the useless knowledge base of professional wrestling facts. This helps me look past the fact that he's likes the Cowboys! We lift heavy things together. We heal patients together. We lose discs together. Originating from the north and south (respectively), I'm very fortunate to have connected with you here in Denver.

Alex Kolsum

Groomsman

Twenty years ago I set my eyes on a skater boy with long, luxurious blond hair. Twelve years after that the hair was long gone but the beard was in full effect when Alex became one of my first roommates after moving out of my parents house. A man of many roles: enforcer of house parties at the Edina house, dead raccoon transporter at the farm & star of his own #instaALEX photo collage series. I can't wait for the next time we watch viral videos of children losing their balance and that laugh comes out!

Ana Anderson

Groomswoman

Ana and I met at the YMCA providing child care to Eden Prairie kids and throwing dodgeballs in their general direction. Over fourteen years of friendship, I've learned that she would be a #1 pick for a Harry Potter or Friends trivia night, appreciates the fine art of brunch and makes for a quality disc golf partner. I am continuously impressed at her motivation for progression and how wonderful of a mother she has become to her son. She's the closest thing to a big sister I will ever have & I'm ecstatic to have her standing by my side at my wedding. Love you Claud!

Sean Monahan

Groomsman

The original Filipino brother. How bizarrely, our friendship began with an inside joke regarding an unnamed disease and making unusual faces/noises while passing through the high school hallways. We traveled to Arlington twice in 2010 to see Manny Pacquiao, boo Nelly offstage, buy out all the Moon Pies in a gas station and have the most epic taco battle in Texas history. If you're wondering about said battle, it's two 12 packs plus cheesy gordita crunches with the uneaten food items being thrown at one another using mattresses as shields. One of us may have fallen asleep on a taco and ate it for breakfast. Guess who? CHAAAAAAA #Pineappbros
