Where should I stay?

Answer

The venue is in North Houston, so we recommend staying in Spring or The Woodlands for easier access. However, Downtown Houston is a great option if you don’t mind a bit of a drive.

We’d be happy to discuss a few options with you directly. We’ll also be sharing our top recommendation soon, so everyone has the option to stay at the same hotel.

Do I need to get you a registry gift?

Absolutely not! We’ve added a few items we’d be incredibly grateful for if you’d like to contribute, but truly, your presence is the most valuable gift to us.

How do I get to the venue?

While the venue is accessible by Uber or Lyft, renting a car might be a more convenient option, as it’s located in a small town with limited rideshare availability. This will give you more flexibility to explore the area and get to the venue smoothly.

The dress code is dressy casual. Since the venue is outdoors, we want to keep it comfortable and outdoor-friendly, but feel free to add a bit of polish if you’d like! Think of it as a blend of relaxed and refined.

What is the venue like?

Answer

We will be outdoor in the woods, so bring shoes you’re comfortable walking (and dancing!) in. There is a little walk on a trail from the parking lot to the ceremony area. This is not a paved path but it is compact, sturdy ground. And there are many photo opportunities along the path, so take your time and enjoy it!
