What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that guests arrive 15-30 minutes or so before the official ceremony start time so they can get settled before the proceedings.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The wedding is semi-formal.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All events will take place upstairs in the same room.

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

The wedding venue will be located in downtown Roanoke. Transportation will not be provided.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

There is some paid street parking as well as several paid parking garages close to the venue.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly invitation only. If you had a plus one indicated on your formal invitation, then you are welcome to bring a plus one! Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate other extra guests due to venue capacity.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

A dinner will be served followed by dessert for the reception.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. Please keep your phones put away during the ceremony. We will be hiring a professional photographer to capture these special moments for us. Feel free to take as many pictures as you would like to afterward during the reception.

What's the best way to RSVP?

Answer

We prefer RSVPs on the website. There is a place to RSVP on our website under the RSVP tab at the top of the menu. Some other ways to RSVP are by text or email.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

The RSVP deadline will be December 1st. Please respond accordingly so we are able to plan for the amount of people coming.

What if I forget to RSVP?

Answer

To help us with the planning, we kindly ask that you RSVP by the date provided on your formal invitation. If you are having trouble RSVPing, please contact the bride or the groom. Unfortunately, if we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline noted on the invitation, we will have to mark you as “not attending”. We will miss celebrating with you, but we do need to finalize guest count for the venue and vendors. We can not make an exceptions. We hope you understand!

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.

Answer

Yes! Our ceremony can be viewed on Zoom. We will post a link on our website as it gets closer to the wedding.
