Two wonderful airports will get you close to where we are Tampa (TPA) and Saint Petersburg (PIE). From these airports you will need to either Uber or rent a car. You can also fly into Orlando (MCO), but it is at least an hour and 45 minute drive with no traffic.
At this time we have not booked a block of rooms. If you would like to stay in downtown just a few minutes from the venue, there are tons of reasonable hotels and Airbnb's. If you are looking for more of a vacation feel, it is off season by the beaches and some Vrbo and Airbnbs are much cheaper than usual at the moment.
