They met at the gym through mutual friends. It started with barely any eye contact and smart comments here and there. Then Roxanne added Chad on Instagram and then began the question in Chads mind "what does this mean?" "does she like me?" They both tried really hard to play it cool, even coming up with a three year plan of waiting to date until Roxanne was done with school. Yet, here we are.

It was Super Bowl Sunday. They had gone to a friends house to have a bonfire and an outside Super Bowl gathering with a few friends and family members. It was a slushy snowy day and Roxanne and Chad arrived first. Their friends said they had forgotten ice, so they needed to go on an adventure to find ice. The first stop "did not have any ice" so they had to go to a nearby small town that was conveniently right next to a dock that Chad had never been to. Everyone in the car said he just had to go see it. So, some of the other friends who were meeting at the house for the bonfire and Super Bowl met us at the dock. Everyone arrived and they got out to walk around the dock and into the gazebo. They got into the gazebo and Roxanne still had no idea what was happening. All she cared about was the food that was getting cold the longer they stood there. All of the sudden everyone got quiet and Chad gave Roxanne a necklace and a airpods case that he had told her he had bought. He had a invoice and said that they missed something in his order and asked Roxanne to look for it on the invoice. At the bottom of the invoice was the question....
