The Beginning

Our Story

How We Met

Our story begins in the most unexpected way. Despite both attending Cornell University and both having red hair, our paths never crossed during our college years. Fate intervened in January 2022, when introduced by mutual friends, we met for the first time at a “cozy” bar in New York City. However, with busy post-covid schedules and a general aversion to texting, it took a little bit to finally lock in our first date. When we finally did get together over drinks at the Pineapple Club, we connected over our shared love of Alma Mater, New York City, and Mezcal cocktails (Mezcal Margarita for Morgan, Mexican Tuxedo for Ross). After a few more cocktail centric dates and one belated apartment warming party later, we finally became official, and haven’t looked back since. Our shared passion for trying new foods has led us across the city and the globe in search of delicious meals and adventures. From quick trips across New York City for authentic Chinese food and a chance to hear Ross pull out his Mandarin, to trips to Europe to try local dishes we can’t find anywhere else, we’ve managed to eat and drink like red headed royalty. No trip can ever be complete without a beach day to soak up the sun (under umbrellas of course!).
