Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

3:30 PM

Question

What is the wedding dress code?

Answer

Black Tie Optional This just means you are welcome to go all-out black tie, but it's not required. For men, this typically means a tuxedo or a suit and tie. For women, a long evening gown, a cocktail dress, or a dressy suit is appropriate.

Question

What should I wear to the welcome party?

Answer

For the welcome party, we’re going for a "Smart Casual" vibe. Men can wear polos, button-down shirts, or nice t-shirts paired with slacks or chinos. Women can opt for casual sundresses, a nice blouse with pants, or a skirt. We want you to feel relaxed and comfortable, but still put together for the occasion.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

It is never too early to RSVP! If you already know you either will or will not be able to make it, we greatly appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible. The RSVP deadline is September 1st, 2024. Regrettably, if we do not receive your response in time, we will be unable to include you in our final arrangements.

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

We are unfortunately unable to accommodate plus ones at our wedding unless specifically indicated on your invitation. If you received a plus one, their name will appear along with yours when you RSVP online.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we cherish the presence of your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding adults-only. We hope you see this as a chance to enjoy a kid-free weekend and fully immerse yourselves in the celebration. Your understanding means the world to us, and we can't wait to share this joyous occasion with you!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, drinks are on us! Cash tips for our bartenders are encouraged.

Question

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, however, we encourage taking Uber or Lyft if you will be drinking and do not have a designated driver (as mentioned, there will be an open bar!). Cars can be left overnight, but will be towed if not picked up by 9 AM the following day.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Arizona in October is beautiful—unless there's a heat wave. We'll be providing fans and umbrellas just in case. Typical weather is in the low 90s or high 80s during the day and cools down to the mid 60s at night. The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. Cocktail hour will be indoors.

Question

Can I take pictures and share on social media?

Answer

Absolutely! We encourage you to share the wonderful moments from our special day. However, we kindly ask that you keep your phones away during the ceremony. We want to see your beautiful faces and have everyone fully present in the moment.

For all the days along the way
