Rosie was friends with Travis's roommate through theatre at Mercer University. She went to hang out with him and met Travis. They immediately shared a bond through a video game they had both played, and one thing led to another. They spent nearly every waking moment together and could talk all day and all night. On March 22, 2017, Rosie asked Travis if they could date and he said yes. The rest is history.

Travis and Rosie talked about marriage for years before it happened, hoarding their rings for nearly 2 years. Like most things in their lives, nothing was done traditionally. There was no engagement period, and there was no proposal other than Rosie rolling over in bed one night and going "So...do you want to elope for real?" After dating for over seven years, they finally bit the bullet and married in a small ceremony in Lizella, GA with Rosie's mom (Melody Cooper), Travis's mom (Brenda Meeks), Rosie's sister (Holly Cooper), and her fiancée (Sam Daniel) in attendance. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you all. You are the most important people in our lives.
