Question

Is the ceremony, cocktail hour, & reception at one location?

Answer

Yes! The entirety of our wedding celebration will be at Rosebank Winery. The ceremony will be held outdoors within the vineyard, please bring a light jacket or sweater just in case it's chilly! The ceremony will only be moved inside in the event of rain. Cocktail hour will be a combined indoor/outdoor setting and will open up to a completely indoor reception space.

Are kids welcome?

Although we love your children greatly, we've decided we'd love it even more if the parents in our life could let their hair down & dance the night away. We're looking forward to an adult-only evening full of love & laughter.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We've reserved a hotel block at The Radisson Hotel Northeast. If you are interested in after-partying at the hotel bar & reserving a room find the link in the "Accommodations" section. Make sure to book as soon as possible. Below are other recommended hotels listed in order from closest to farthest from the Radisson Hotel. The dress code is semi-formal.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a large parking lot on site. Parking is not a concern. If you happen to drink too much and are unable to drive, please leave your vehicle and take the shuttle bus back to your hotel room or take an Uber home. There is no penalty for leaving your car in the lot overnight.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

The distance from the winery to the Radisson hotel is 11 miles, about 20 minutes. There will be a one-time, one-way school bus available from the hotel at 3:15 PM. The school bus will return to the winery at 9:45 PM for pick up. Please try your best to make the bus. If you're stumbling too slowly or the bus fills up, check your hotel welcome bag or check in with someone at the venue for an Uber voucher to return to the hotel.
