Who would have thought an ice breaker involving #45 could lead us to this day? (For the record, Rosemary had right on her profile that she didn’t think she could stand chatting seriously with anyone in favor of his presidency! Aaron used this to his advantage.) Excessive texting (first, using a Text-free phone number, unbeknownst to Aaron... safety first), Rosemary finally relented and gave Aaron her real phone number. Not to talk on, of course. We are serial texters, perfectly mirrored introverts. We finally met for a sushi dinner once Rosemary was sure Aaron wasn’t a serial killer. A few weeks later, we decided to give it a whirl for real, exclusivity and all that! Our first adventure date was to New York to see Waitress in front row seats. Imagine a Sara Bareilles concert, it was amazing! After running for the train home, we realized we might be good travel partners too. BONUS! We went to Niagara Falls, and we both realized that this could become something pretty real. Solar eclipses, 10-day cross-country road trips (that ended with Rosemary’s return proclamation of love to Aaron, somewhat huffy and impatient, as if he should have known by then, anyway!), trips to DC (with an unfortunate incident involving a rear SUV window being defeated by a fire extinguisher affixed to a parking garage wall), trips through state parks where Rosemary’s driving allowed us to get up close and personal with a park ranger (they can ticket for speeding, just in case anyone is wondering!), cruising to Bermuda, going to New Orleans. Traveling is our mutual love (boo to Covid!). We share a home in Fishtown with our 2 kitties, Pandora (19 year old Himalayan toothless wonder with a sassy side), Ozzy (4 year old Maine Coon mix that’s super lovable), and our almost 2 year old Frenchie, Bougie. Most days, he’s just basic, but he lives up to his name on occasion! When we can, we get down to our little Happy Place in North Wildwood! Thanks so much for reading our story!
