Transportation from the host hotel to the wedding venue
We want to make sure all of our guests get to and from the wedding venue safely. Transportation will be provided from the Hyatt Regency to and from the wedding venue. Wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all take place at Tuscan Rose Vineyards. TRANSPORTATION TIMELINE: Plan to meet in the lobby of the Hyatt at 2:40 pm. Buses will be departing promptly at 2:45 pm to head to the venue. Buses will depart the venue at 10:15 pm to return to the Hyatt. Uber: We recommend scheduling an Uber, especially for returning to the hotel, as they may be scarce in the area. Driving: There is plenty of parking at the venue. It is about a 30-35 minute drive from the Hyatt. If you plan on driving, please note that the wedding venue is off of a well-groomed dirt road. If you are coming from the airport/downtown Jacksonville area, take Lem Turner Road (State Road 115) to Spring Lake Drive. You will then turn down Bismark Road (dirt road) and it is less than 1 mile from here to the venue which will be on your right hand side.
