We met our freshman year of college at Marquette University while living in McCormick Hall and found ourselves in the same group of friends. After 3 years of friendship, we reconnected after spending some time apart studying in Rome and DC during the summer prior to our senior year of college. 

In August 2011, Jeff decided to impulsively make a pitstop in MN on his way back from DC to join a group of friends at Taylor's family cabin  (Watermelon Day) and the rest is history...
