Please check in at Hubler Lodge - instructions, room numbers, maps, etc, will be on a table in the entrance. After checking in, please park in the main parking lot by the main Massanetta Springs entrance. Please reach out if you're arriving before 5pm (not a problem, just let us know). Of note, if you're following google maps, it may direct you to the second entrance. When approaching from Harrisonburg, take the FIRST entrance to get to the main parking lot and then through that on to Hubler Lodge. There will be balloons at the main entrance.
6:30 pm - 7:45 pm
Dinner will be outdoors in the Rosser Pavilion, casual attire welcome.
8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Casual attire welcome - wear your best square-dancing outfit!
Dancing will be in Rosser Pavilion from 8-9 with a campfire/s'mores at the fire ring in the adjacent field.
7:30 am
If you need some breakfasty items before brunch, there will be some food/coffee set up in the gathering space off the Hubler Lodge lobby.
10:30 am - 11:30 am
Saturday brunch will be held in the main dining hall in the old hotel.
11:00 am - 4:45 pm
Relax and hang out at Massanetta Springs or feel free to explore the surrounding area (ideas on the "Things To Do" section). Lawn games will be set up by the Spring House and if you find Matt H, you might be able to watch the Vuelta. You are welcome to visit the gathering space off the Hubler Lodge lobby for snacks. We'd love for you to take this opportunity to meet and mingle with some of the other branches of our community/friends/loved ones!
11:30 am
We'll gather after brunch in the meeting room off the Hubler Lodge lobby for a little hymn singing if there's enough interest. We'll have some blue books and a piano. Everyone is welcome to join whether you miss group singing or just want to see what a hymn sing is!
1:00 pm
Meet at the volleyball court at 1:00pm for some volleyball! (if there's enough interest)
5:00 pm - 5:45 pm
Wear whatever makes you feel festive! Sequins, shorts, ball gowns, sundresses, tuxedos, wedding dresses and jeans are all welcome! Note, the ceremony will be outdoors in a grassy area, reception indoors.
The ceremony will take place on the field next to Rosser Pavilion, above the lake. Look for all the chairs.
5:45 pm - 6:30 pm
Following the ceremony, please make your way to the Spring House for some refreshments as we transition to the reception (to take place at Stewart Hall). From the ceremony, cross the bridge and follow the balloons to your left.
6:15 pm - 10:00 pm
The reception will take place in Stewart Hall following a cocktail hour. We will begin dismissing tables at 6:30.
9:30 am - 10:30 am
Sunday brunch will be held in the main dining hall in the old hotel.
