Welcome Party

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

Please join us to kick off the wedding weekend! Art's is a casual beachfront restaurant with plenty of outdoor seating for you and the family (yes, the kids too!) This is a favorite of ours-a local spot to grab a pint, burger, and watch the waves. We often ride bikes from the house, sit at the "Sway Bar" and encounter an array of interesting humans.

Ceremony and Reception

4:00 pm

We truly want our guests to wear what makes them feel good! But for all our detail oriented friends-suggestions include linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses, and sandals. Heels are strongly discouraged due to sand and general dance party readiness!

Guests should plan to arrive at 3:30pm. Benches will be provided for our wisest generations, all other guests should plan on standing (ceremony will be short and sweet!) Neighborhood parking map will be provided, however guests are encouraged to carpool and Uber if possible. Following the ceremony, please join us for a light cocktail hour. Dinner will be a whole hog and oyster roast, followed by dancing! In order to allow our guests to be fully present, this is an adult only celebration.

Family Beach Day

Fall is known as "locals' summer" around here. We often have warm and sunny beach days well into November. Bring the family, a beach towel and a cooler and unwind next to the water with the newlyweds. Beach snacks will be provided. For guests looking to make the most of their time here, we'll be on the beach until around 4pm, before heading to Swells'a Brewing for a final send off. Please join as you are able.
