Before the Wedding

2 p.m. - Guests Uber or Lyft from the Waikiki area to Moli’i Gardens (49-345 Kamehameha Hwy, Kaneohe, HI 96744) *Please take an Uber or Lyft to the venue as we do not want anyone drinking and driving. A charter bus will transport us back to Waikiki after the wedding* *If time permits, take the scenic H3 route to the venue* 3 p.m. - (Ask your driver to drive you down into the parking lot so you don’t walk too far.) - Guests arrive and enter through the left side path entrance to the lower lawn. *Anybody arriving between 3:40 and 3:50 p.m. must wait at the side entrance until the ceremony starts.*

4:20 p.m. - Guests make their way to the upper lawn. - Please take (1) Polaroid photo and insert it into the photo album - Sign our guest book - Take unlimited photos at the photo booth - Play corn hole, giant Jenga, and giant Connect four 4:30 p.m. - Cocktail hour begins (OPEN BAR- Upper lawn) - Appetizers 4:50 p.m. - Wedding party grand entrances. - First Dance 5:30 p.m. - Dinner begins. 6:30 - 6:35 p.m. - Special dances.
Reception

6:35 p.m. - Dance Floor Opens. 7:45 p.m. - Cake Cutting 7:50 p.m.- Bouquet and garter toss. 8-9 p.m. - Dancing & Drinking continues 9:15 p.m. - Last call for alcohol 9:50 p.m. - Music off. Guests gather items, use the restrooms, and get onto the bus to head back to Waikiki. Drop off at Kelly O’Neil’s (311 Lewers St, Honolulu, HI 96815).

Beach Day

Beach day is a day to chill and relax at Waikiki Beach. Directly across from all the hotels in Waikiki. Bring your swimsuit. Stop into an ABC store for drinks, sunscreen, a floatie, etc. FEEL FREE TO DROP IN AT ANY TIME, BUT KNOW THAT WAIKIKI IS A BUSY BEACH. *Note: ASK YOUR HOTEL OR AIRBNB IF YOUR RESERVATION INCLUDES BEACH CHAIRS, SURFBOARDS, BEACH TOWELS, ETC. IF SO, PICK UP EARLY IN THE MORNING BEFORE THEY RUN OUT* IF YOUR RESERVATION DOES NOT INCLUDE CHAIRS, WE RECOMMEND MOKU HAWAII (2446 Koa Ave, Honolulu, HI 96815) FOR BEACH CHAIRS, UMBRELLA RENTALS, AND SURF LESSONS!
