Travel Note
Air: The most common way to enter the island of Santorini is through Athens. There are daily 1-hour flights between Athens (ATH) and Santorini (JTR). The primary airlines include Sky Express Airlines, Ryan Air, Volotea, Aegean Airlines, and Olympic Air. We recommend you start with flights.google.com. Flights sell out much earlier than ferries, so if you see a flight that works for your itinerary, then book it as soon as possible! (Just remember to pay attention to baggage restrictions and fees!) Ferry: If you're feeling leisurely, consider booking a 4.5 - 7 hour ferry ride! There are usually 4 or more ferries per day from Athens to Santorini on Blue Star, SeaJets, and Golden Star Ferries. FerryHopper.com is the best way to book tickets online.
