Romina’s bright smile and white coat caught Sam’s eye in at a local coffee shop in Salt Lake City in the winter of 2005. Sam knew almost immediately that he had met someone special and had a feeling Ro would be in his life in one way or another down the road - but he had no idea what life had in store for them both. In 2013, an afterparty for Sundance Film Festival brought Ro and Sam the perfect chance to chat. Hours flew by and Ro and Sam talked endlessly about life, goals, friends, music and their shared love for their families. The connection was genuine and was the start of something incredible. Sam knew the way to Ro’s heart was through music and asked her out to see their favorite DJ, Kaskade just days after. Ro’s smile never stopped beaming - and it was clear it was all because of Sam. The smiles, the laughs, and the love continued to grow. It was just the beginning of their perfect ro-mance.

Sam took Ro for a scenic drive down the coast of Ibiza as he continued to scope out a spot amazing enough for his special proposal. The winding roads of the coast brought them to a cliff with an incredible view of the mystical rocky island of Es Vedrà - which just happened to be the third most magnetic spot on Earth. Sam knew immediately that this would be the place he’d ask Ro to be his. “You’re my best friend” were Sam’s first words as he bent down to propose to Ro. Sam revealed the perfect ring, for his perfect girl in the most perfect way. Crying, Ro said yes to the man of her dreams and knew she couldn’t wait to spend a lifetime with her perfect man. This is, their perfect romance.
