Question

Have you reserved hotel room blocks?

Answer

Yes! We have a number of rooms blocked off at the Kimpton Hotel Palomar in Rittenhouse Square. Please visit the Travel and Accommodations tab for more information on how to book!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is Black Tie Optional. We ask that men wear a tuxedo or dark suit & tie and women wear an evening gown or mid-length cocktail dress.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The Church will open 1 hour prior to the start of the Ceremony. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the Mass is scheduled to begin. Please note there are no ramps or elevator for access to the Upper Church where the Mass will be held. There are 15 steps at the front entrance.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is limited street parking available around the Church as well as two nearby parking garages: 1) The Rittenhouse Garage is located 2 blocks from the church at 2000 Walnut Street at 20th Street 2) Parkway Lot is located 2 blocks from the church at 1912 Walnut Street at 20th Street There will be complimentary valet parking available at the Cescaphe Ballroom.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be shuttles running from the Kimpton Hotel Palomar to the Cescaphe Ballroom prior to the Cocktail Hour at 5:00 and 5:20 PM, and as well as shuttles returning to the Kimpton Hotel Palomar at the end of the reception beginning at 10:30 PM. Please be sure to arrive in the lobby at least 10 minutes prior to the departure time!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been reserved for you. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional guests.

Will the Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All events will take place indoors.
