The reservation cut-off date is February 16, 2024. - Guests are able to book online with the direct booking link or by phone with our reservations office by calling 806.776.7000. **They will need to specify the block name of: “Rodriguez/Botello Wedding” **When you click the link it will take you to the reservation page. It will automatically put the check in and check-out date; you will have to adjust the check-out date if you would like to stay more than just one night. - To make their own reservations, guests will need to provide a credit card to book. Nothing is charged to this card unless they no show and forget to cancel their reservation by 4pm one day prior to their stay, as per our 24hr cancellation policy. The no show fee is the first night of the reservation plus applicable taxes. - Guests will be asked at check in to provide their ID (name on ID must match reservation) and a credit card to cover their room, tax and incidental charges. The Overton charges a $50.00 incidental hold per night of each guests stay, per room. The hold is released at checkout (within 3-5 business days) with final billing as long as no incidental charges were made to the room number. Examples of incidental charges that can be made to the guests room number would be: valet parking fees, room service, bar tabs, gift shop purchases, restaurant meal charges for breakfast, lunch or dinner, in room internet upgrades, movie purchases, amenity deliveries, etc. Please let me know if you have any questions!
