When should we arrive?
Answer
The first event of the weekend is the Friday night Western Welcome! Buses for Friday night will be leaving the hotels around 5:30 PM. If you do not manage to make it in time for the bus, an Uber/Lyft/Waymo to the venue would be about $10.

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
Yes! Transportation will be provided on Friday and Saturday night both to and from each event. Pickup will be at the JW Marriott and Hilton hotels.

Where should we stay?
Answer
There are two room blocks available at the JW Marriott and Hilton Scottsdale that you can access on the Travel page! If those hotels do not work for you, Scottsdale has other hotel and Airbnb options.

How far is the wedding venue from the hotel blocks?
Answer
Paradise Valley Country Club is a 5 minute drive from the JW Marriott and a 10 minute drive from the Hilton Scottsdale.
