Rosica Martin is the bride Rochelle's older sister. They have a very special bond. If it's 3am and Rochelle has a strange ache she calls her nurse big sister to make sure she's ok. Rosica is always there for her family. She loves her older sister out of this world and there was never a question of her being her Matron of Honor.

For as long as Rochelle has been alive Veneice has been apart of her family. She remembers choreographing dances for Veneice and her older sisters highschool talent show. Veneice is a loving mom, nurse, and loves to have a good time with her family. There is no question that Veneice would be a Matron of Honor.

Rokia is the Bride Rochelle's little sister. They share a unique relationship where they call each other Opal and Edna. They love to joke with each other and have a good time. Rokia has such a big heart and is also a nurse. Rochelle loves her sooo much! There was no doubt that Rokia would be Rochelle's Maid of Honor.

Ronelle is the Bride Rochelle's baby sister. She and Rochelle share a common sense of unspoken understandings almost like twin energy. Ronelle is an aspiring software engineer and is an excellent cook and seamstress. Rochelle loves her with her whole heart! There was no question that Ronelle would be Rochelle's Maid of Honor.

Chinasa is David's younger sister. She loves talking about music with her older brother and singing 90's R&B songs with the Bride Rochelle. Chinasa makes them so proud. She is intelligent, compassionate, and funny. She has grown so much over the years into a beautiful young woman. She is so important to them and loved so much! There is no doubt that Chinasa would be a bridesmaid.

Davion Dossous

Davion is the Bride Rochelle's and the Groom David's nephew. Davion is a scholar and has recently completed his first internship at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. Davion's dream is to attend MIT for college. Davion also has a great sense of humor, and can easily warm your heart just by his presence. Davion also enjoys playing basketball and chess with the groom (his uncle David). David and Rochelle are so proud of the caring, ambitious young man that Davion is. They love him so much! There was no question that he would be a groomsman.

Giovanna Gardiner

Giovanna is Rochelle's cousin. She is a fun natured person. Rochelle remembers when Giovanna was younger she used to love to play with her dog Oscar and always had the cutest giggle. Giovanna has grown up to be a wonderful young woman. There is no question that Giovanna would be a bridesmaid.

Michael Finley Jr

Michael Jr is the younger brother of David. Jr has grown into a responsible young man, who makes his brother proud. He is studious, intelligent, and quick-witted. David is still in disbelief that by the time of the wedding, Jr will be taller than him! But also excited because he wants him to continue to strive to reach the sky. Rochelle and David love him so much! They are excited to see Jr's awesome dance moves at the wedding, and thrilled that he will be a groomsman.

Nengi Jennifer Omo-Egbekuse

Nengi and the Bride met in college and pretty much have been inseparable. They met at a dinner and it was like the scene in sister sister when Tia and Tamera find each other. The two have kept in touch over the years and haven't missed a beat. Rochelle's first trip to Africa was with Nengi. Her family was so welcoming and accepted Rochelle as their own. Thats how the energy has always been with Nengi and Rochelle, family. There was no doubt that Nengi would be a bridesmaid. Nengi is also a Lawyer.

John Teeba

John is Rochelle's cousin. John is the family Dj, comedian, and overall Hype man. John always knows how to have a good time and get the party started. He is a kind natured person and loves his family very much. There is no question that John would be a groomsman.

Amanda Jones

The Bride and Amanda met in the 5th grade. Amanda is Rochelle's longest friendship and best friend. Rochelle and Amanda went through elementary school, middle school, and high school together. Rochelle's first trip out of the country was with Amanda and her family. They went to Jamaica and had the time of their lives. Some of Rochelle's fondest childhood memories have been shared with Amanda like crushing over the boy group B2K, and singing and making music videos after school. Amanda always took Rochelle on late night adventures as they listened to R&B cruising through the streets of Randolph and Boston. When Rochelle thinks of Amanda she thinks of a warm summer night and lots of laughter. Amanda is practically Rochelle's 4th sister and she has loved watching Amanda crush her goals, like becoming a licensed broker, and being a wonderful mom to her two beautiful nieces, Amelia and Amirah. There was never any doubt that Amanda would be a bridesmaid.

Pierce Louis

David met Pierce when they both started their freshman year's at Boston College. Their friendship began when David officially joined the BC gospel choir, Voices of Imani. Pierce is considerate, trustworthy, and cool-headed. David is so grateful for his friendship and that he will serve as his Best Man.

Daveen Blythe

Rochelle has know Daveen practically her whole life. Rochelle and Daveen grew up together like cousins and also went to school together and played basketball together. Rochelle and Daveen always got left out of their older sisters Veneice and Rosica's fun plans when they were younger so they found their own ways to have fun. Daveen was also the only girl in their highschool to play football. Rochelle loved watching Daveen tackle the boys. Daveen is one of the most humble, sweetest, and kindest human beings Rochelle has ever known. There was no question that Daveen would be a bridesmaid.

Dana Bennet

Dana is Rochelle and David’s friend and Daveen’s Fiancé. Dana is a fun loving guy with a bright smile. He’s always willing to help out anyone and Rochelle and David have enjoyed game nights and having dinner with Dana. They are so excited that Dana will be a groomsman.

Gwanyan Barker

Gwanyan is Rochelle's cousin. They grew up together and Rochelle and her sisters where so sad when Gwanyan's family moved to Delaware. They did so many things together when they were younger like make up songs and dances. They enjoyed trick or treating on Gwanyan's street and playing carmen sandiego on the computer. Even though Gwanyan moved away Rochelle and her still kept in touch. Gwanyan would go on to start a band because she has an amazing voice, and later on would become a business owner of a handmade jewelry and loc accessories shop. (Kpelle Designs Check it out!) She also is a speech pathologist. Rochelle has enjoyed watching Gwanyan bloom into the beautiful woman she is today. There is no question that Gwanyan would be a bridesmaid.

Jerome is Rochelle and David's soon to be cousin in law. He is their cousin Gwanyan’s fiancé. Rochelle and David met Jerome in Delaware on a family visit. Jerome was very calm and warm spirited. Rochelle and David are excited that Jerome will be their groomsman.

Niara is Rochelle's cousin. Rochelle remembers how playful Niara was as a baby and can't believe she is so grown up! Niara is very smart and dedicated to her studies. Rochelle and David are both so proud of her! There is no question that Niara would be a bridesmaid.

CJ is a friend of David and Rochelle. David first met CJ through an organizing and advocacy fellowship program. From there, they connected over their mutual passion for community and interest in making change. As they have grown in their careers, they have remained friends and connected in the goal of building a more equitable Boston and world. David is appreciative to have CJ as his groomsman.

Joanna is Rochelle's cousin. They have enjoyed several laughs together throughout the years and grown a bond. Joanna is a loving nurse and dog mom. She loves to take adventures and try new things. Rochelle loves hanging out with Joanna when they get to spend time together its like they were never apart. There was no question that Joanna would be a bridesmaid.

Julian Smith

Rochelle and David came to know Julian from her cousin Joanna. Julian is full of energy and jokes and kept them laughing. He also does an awesome Chris Tucker impersonation and has great dance moves. Rochelle and David are thrilled that Julian will be a groomsman on their special day.

Lylah Rose-Marie Martin

Lylah Rose is the Bride Rochelle's and the Groom David's niece. She loves to dance with her aunty and sing. She loves to play jokes on her uncle (Dabis) as she affectionately called him as a younger child. Lylah has a big personality and a beautiful voice (watch out Beyoncé)! Every family member's birthday, Lylah sings her own solo of happy birthday and it is always the highlight of their day. David and Rochelle are so blessed to have Lylah as their niece and they love her so much! Lylah is going to steal the show as the Flower Girl.

Malia is the Bride Rochelle's cousin. She is a ray of sunshine and full of joy! Rochelle and David love getting pictures of Malia from her mom Theresa and she has recently become an older sister! Malia will be an adorable Flower Girl and David and Rochelle are excited that she will be a part of their special day.

Elaine (Ellie), is David and Rochelle's niece. Ellie always has a big smile and warm hug waiting when you see her. There is no doubt that Ellie will do an awesome job and be an adorable Flower Girl.

Remington is Rochelle and David's nephew. He loves playing games with them, eating snacks, and just enjoying being a kid. Remington will do an awesome job in his important role, and Rochelle and David are thrilled that he will be their Ring Bearer.

Stanley is a man who needs no introduction. He is hilarious, kind, and did I mention hilarious? David and Rochelle always enjoy being in Stanley's company. He has such great energy and is a beautiful soul. Rochelle and David are honored that Stanley will be their Master of Ceremony.
