For those flying into Appleton a free shuttle to the hotel is available. Simply contact the Double Tree to set up prior to your arrival and departure.
Hotel
We have placed a hotel block for our guests at the DoubleTree in Appleton from September 15th-17th, 2023. Booking may be completed online or by calling directly. Be sure to use the link below to book directly on the DoubleTree website. If you wish to call the hotel via the phone, reference the "Kenyon/Rock" wedding when booking. The room block will be available until August 16th, 2023. We highly recommend booking a room in advance as unreserved rooms will be opened to the public after the cut off date and the hotel has let us know they are typically fully booked in September due to Green Bay Packers NFL games.

A shuttle will run at designated times between the hotel and venue listed below. Look for the red and white Lamer's shuttle buses.
