WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY RESERVATION?
Answer
In order to get access to the preferred group rate you needed to book by September 10th. However, if you were not able to solidify your plans by then there is still time. You can book directly through the Secrets Papagayo website we just cannot guarantee availability and cost per night. Follow the link on the RSVP page to book your room.
Question
CAN I BOOK AIRFARE SEPARATELY OR USE MY AIRLINE POINTS AND ONLY BOOK THE RESORT STAY THROUGH EVER AFTER?
Answer
Yes, after September 10th you can book directly with the resort and they also allow airfare to be purchased with your room. If you book using points please just inform us so we can get you added to the wedding room list.

DO I NEED A PASSPORT?
Answer
YES! Yes you do! If you do not already have a passport for travel outside of the United States, please use this link to download the instruction form and application to get your passport. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html If you already have a passport, double check to make sure that the expiration date is past the wedding.

CAN I BOOK INSURANCE WITH MY TRIP?
Answer
Ever After offered insurance if you purchased it, but Secrets Papagayo also offers various levels of insurance. All of the options are available in the checkout process on their website.

I'M ALREADY FLYING TO COSTA RICA, DO I HAVE TO BUY THESE SCHMUCKS A WEDDING GIFT?
Answer
Definitely not! BUT, we have had some folks express interest in buying us a gift. If that's you, please head over the registry tab and explore the options over there. For a seamless travel experience, we request any gifts be sent directly to our home address to avoid having to worry about traveling with them out of the country.

HOW WILL I GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE RESORT AND BACK?
Answer
We have got the shuttle transportation to and from the resort covered. We will reach out closer to the wedding to confirm your flight itineraries so the transportation is seamless.

IS EVERYONE ATTENDING THE WEDDING VACCINATED?

We have confirmed everyone attending is vaccinated.

WILL WE NEED TO SHOW OUR VACCINE CARDS TO TRAVEL TO COSTA RICA?
Answer
Yes! Costa Rica is requiring vaccine cards at time of entry or you will need to purchase health insurance. More details below. As of August 1, 2021, all tourists who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and inoculated with Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech, AstraZeneca or Johnson & Johnson can enter the country without a travel policy. The last dose of the vaccine must have been applied at least 14 days before arrival in Costa Rica. Vaccinated tourists must attach the vaccination certificate to the Health Pass which is available at the airport. As proof, vaccination certificates and vaccination cards that contain at least the following information will be accepted: 1. Name of the person who received the vaccine 2. Date of each dose 3. Pharmaceutical house In the case of U.S. travelers, the "COVID-19 vaccination record card" will be accepted.
