Can we bring our kids?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we’ve chosen to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage parents to use this evening as a fun date night for just the two of you!

When do I need to RSVP ?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 1, 2024. RSVPing is made simple on our website, please click the link at the top and type in your name to RSVP. Only the guests listed on the RSVP will be permitted and accounted for.

Will Becky be taking Allen’s last name?

Answer

For now, Becky & Allen have chosen to keep their own last names and remain Rebecca Robinson & Allen Etzler in marriage.

What is the dress code?

Answer

For women: cocktail and little black dresses, dressy jumpsuits. As for footwear, there are some mulch and grassy areas at the venue, wear stiletto heels at your own risk! (heels are not required) For Men: button down. jackets and slacks. No need to wear a tie if you don't want to!

Is there a shuttle service?

Answer

We are offering our guests shuttle service from the Happily Ever After Party location to the venue and then back to your car at the end of the night. We hope you will consider taking advantage of this free and safe ride and join us for the continued celebration after the reception! Please see the travel tab for more details.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Glen Ellen has plenty of parking available on site. All guests are also permitted to leave their car overnight if needed. Your safety is a priority and we do not want any guests drinking and driving. We are providing a shuttle service from the After Party location at J&P Spring Ridge to the ceremony site and back at the end of the night. There are Uber/Lyft services available as well as SOS Safe Ride which takes both yourself and your car home safely. If you leave your car at the venue, please be sure to retrieve it the following morning BEFORE 9AM.

Is the wedding indoor or outside?

Answer

This is an outdoor wedding venue. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside with minimal covering, whereas the reception is under the tent. Walks to and from the ceremony and reception area are uncovered and also outdoor. In the event of inclement weather, a rain contingency plan will have us under cover.

Will there be meal options for guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please provide any dietary restrictions or allergies with your RSVP. It is important that we are aware of which guests have specific dietary needs so we can accommodate as needed. The RSVP page is the simplest and most error free way to capture that information.

Ceremony Etiquette

Answer

We are kindly asking all guests to refrain from taking photos or videos with any devices during the ceremony. We are trusting our photographer and videographer to capture these moments! Please place all cell phones on silent and put them away for the duration of our short ceremony.
