We have two rooming blocks set up, both at hotels that are within 30 minutes of The Mountain. These rooms are available at a discounted rate, but must be booked at minimum 4 weeks prior to your stay. Additionally, space is limited within the rooming blocks, so we recommend booking as soon as possible. To book a room in either of our blocks, please click on the "Transportation & Hotels" tab above. If you are unable to secure a room within the block, we recommend looking for hotels or Airbnbs in the following nearby towns: Chapel Hill, Mebane, Hillsborough, and Pittsboro.
The address is 6811 Thunder Mountain Road. It's easy to miss, so we recommend driving slowly as you approach Thunder Mountain and looking out for a gravel road.
This wedding is going to be at our residence. Our space is limited. Please contact us before including additional guests.
We're blessed to live in a generous community, and our neighbors have offered spots on their property for parking. Once you pull onto Thunder Mountain, there will be signs indicating where you can park.
Please get in touch with us to inform us of any additional dietary restrictions or allergies, and we will do our best to work around them. We ask that you give us 4 weeks notice.
