Can I bring a date?

Answer

When you RVSP through this website it will list if you have a plus one. If your invitation does not include a plus one, we kindly ask that you refrain from doing so as they will not be included in the wedding day festivities. However, if you would like to bring someone to spend time with you at the resort outside of the wedding day, you're more than welcome to do so. Just know they will not be allowed to attend the ceremony or the reception.

Do I have to pay for my room in full when I book?

Answer

No. Here is a the most flexible breakdown per the resort's payment structure: 1st Deposit: $150 when you book. 2nd Deposit: 50% of the room total by October 24th 2024. Final payment: Total room amount due Jan 22nd 2025.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Children are welcome at the Garza Blanca resort. We would love to have your little ones with us on this special day! But if this is your chance for a vacation away from the kids we completely understand as well. If you do decide to bring your children we would kindly ask at your discretion to gauge whether your child can sit through a 30-45min ceremony quietly. If they can't sit through the ceremony but you'd still like to bring them to the reception, you're more than welcome to bring a baby sitter or the resort has a great baby sitting service that can watch the kids close by the ceremony until is it over or the whole night if you wish.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please write in your RSVP or let Kyle or Kelli know personally that you have an allergy and we will make sure they accommodate for food at the reception! The resort is an All-Inclusive so the restaurants will be able to also cater to any allergies as well.

Are the resorts all inclusive?

Answer

Yes. When booking through the room block link, the pricing you get is the all inclusive pricing for food and drinks for your entire stay.

Which resort is Adults only?

Answer

There are two resorts on the property: Garza Blanca and Mousai. Mousai is the adults only resort. The room block link states which room is at which resort so make sure you check when booking. We recommend all adult only parties staying at Mousai as there are limited rooms at Garza Blanca for families.

How to travel between resorts?

Answer

Garza Blanca has a total of 4 towers and Hotel Mousai has 2 towers. Depending on which tower you stay in, most destinations are walkable. However if walking isn't your thing, there is a shuttle that comes by each location every 10-15mins. The shuttle runs every day from 7am to 1am.

Are there Taxis to the resort or Private Transportation?

Answer

You can choose when booking your room to add on a Private Shuttle to pick you up from the airport and bring you to the resort and back from the airport. The second option is to book a taxi or shuttle on your own from the airport to the resort.
