Here's exactly what to expect for our wedding day. Please arrive no later than 2:45pm for the 3:00pm ceremony. Cocktail hour will begin at 3:30pm allowing guests time to come downstairs and mingle after the ceremony. Dinner will be at 6:00pm. The reception will begin right after dinner and go until 11:30pm. Transportation: There will be two bus routes to get all guests who signed up for transportation to the wedding. The bus cannot fit all who signed up for transportation. Therefore, we have assigned guests to one of the two routes. Your scheduled time will be provided at check-in, ask the hotel if they do not provide it to you. You can also reach out to Hannah or Robert to find out what bus route you are on. To ensure you make your assigned bus time, please arrive at the hotel by 1:50 PM. The hotel will attempt to provide early check-in for all wedding guests. We suggest calling the hotel on the day of the wedding to request early check-in.

Transportation

Please see above for more information about transportation. Bus Route #1 will load guests at 2:10 PM in front of the hotel lobby door. The bus will depart at 2:20 PM and arrive at The Lageret at approximately 2:27 PM. 50 guests are assigned to bus route #1. Bus Route #2 will load guests at approximately 2:40 PM in front of the hotel lobby door. The bus will depart at 2:45 PM and arrive at The Lageret at approximately 2:55 PM. 36 guests are assigned to bus route #2. Return Shuttle Schedule: Guests can take any shuttle back to the hotel, routes are unassigned for the return shuttles. Return Times (from The Lageret to Tru Hilton): 8:30 PM, 9:00 PM, 9:30 PM, 10:00 PM, 10:30 PM, 11:00 PM, 11:30 PM, 11:50 PM Return Time (from local bar to Tru Hilton): 12:45 AM – The Lageret is in downtown Stoughton. Allowing guests to continue the celebration at a local bar and have transportation back to the hotel at 12:45 AM
