TUL

Tulsa International Airport (TUL) is of course the closest airport. For those who have trouble finding direct flights, you may have some luck flying into Oklahoma City (OKC) or Northwestern Arkansas (XNA) and driving a bit less than 2 hours from either of those airports.

Ask for the Hoar Townley Wedding! This hotel is being added for guests who may have missed the Hyatt room block (which filled quite quickly)! Don't worry- this is a great, fun, funky hotel directly across the street from the reception venue so you'll have an easy walk home after the end of a great night!

Hyatt Regency Tulsa

*Unfortunately this hotel is now fully booked!* The weekend of our wedding is the same as Oktoberfest in Tulsa thus hotels are in high demand. The hotel has reached "max capacity" and now is booking on estimation that they will have some attrition. Thus we cannot have any additional bookings for our block even though you may be able to book separately. This is where the welcome reception/hospitality room will be held on Friday night. It's less than a mile walk from both our church and reception sites too! *Note that there is a free hotel shuttle, so please notify when you call so that you may arrange for airport transportation if necessary.
