Par for the Course
If golfing is your thing, Hood River has some great courses to choose from. Indian Creek Golf Course is noteworthy with views of Mt. Adams & Mt. Hood.
Hood River WaterPlay
The Gorge’s premiere windsurfing, small boat catamaran sailing, kayaking, SUP (Stand Up Paddleboarding), and jet ski/wave runner rental and lesson facility located in Hood River, Oregon right on the beach at the Best Western Hotel just off of exit 64.
Visit Multnomah Falls
Multnomah Falls is located on the way to Hood River, about 30 minutes outside of Portland along the Columbia River Gorge Scenic Highway.
Go Wine Tasting
Stave & Stone is one of our favorite wineries in the area, but check out the link below for a robust list. If you're a wine enthusiast and up for an adventure, we recommend driving a couple hours west of Hood River to McMinnville, Dayton, Dundee or Newberg and make a day of exploring Oregon wine country. Take a Biking tour with MountNBarrel

We went here on our first trip together to Hood River. This is a great spot to kick back and relax while you sip, eat and take in the incredible views.
