Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
Due to limited space, we are extending invitations to children who are a part of our family, or for those children who are involved in our wedding party. If your child was invited, their name will appear under your name when you RSVP.
The only request we make is to please put all devices away during our ceremony. We have hired incredible photographers and videographers to capture our ceremony and we would love for you to be present when we say, "I do." However, please feel free to take photos throughout the evening otherwise!
The ceremony and reception will take place at the venue. The ceremony will be outside on venue grounds, and the reception will take place inside the building of the venue. Cocktail hour will also be held outdoors. Ceremony will be moved indoors if inclement weather occurs.
Yes! However, we do have hotel rooms blocked at a local hotel. These rooms may be booked up to June 21st, and if the hotel rooms are not booked, the block will then be open to the general public. Transportation will also be transporting guests from the hotel to the venue prior to the ceremony, and will begin transporting guests back to the hotel when reception ends. Hotel information can be found under the "Travel/Hotel" tab on our website. Please plan accordingly to make sure everyone gets home safely! :)
Please arrive at the venue NO later than 15 minutes before the ceremony begins. This will allow for you to park (unless you have alternate transportation), sign the guest book, and find your seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, you will not be able to be seated at the ceremony site.
Yes! There is room for guests to park at the venue. However, if you plan on drinking, please consider utilizing alternate transportation. We want to make sure all of our guests arrive and get home safely!
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue with exact numbers by a certain date. While we will try our best to send out reminders, please RSVP as soon as possible.
Yes! The afterparty will be held on venue grounds outdoors, near the cabins that are also on site, from 10:00pm-11:30pm. Please keep in mind that if you do plan on drinking at the afterparty, you cannot re-enter the venue building with any sort of alcohol, due to the venue not having their own liquor license. All afterparty guests must remain outdoors at the afterparty site, if you decide to continue drinking and celebrating. We would love to continue celebrating with all of you for a little while longer after the reception ends! :)
