Tremolo Bar
Opened in March 2022 by master sommelier Jarad Slipp, this wine bar has everything **cue Stefan SNL voice** black truffle popcorn, caviar tots, crab dip (for our Marylanders), and espresso martinis for all! It's right on main street and perfect for a pre-wedding pop in.
Red Horse Tavern
A lovable bar on main street with live music and an outdoor patio. For the most stunning bloody mary you'll ever have ask for Sam and tell him Julie, Kelsey and Brittani sent you. The Red Horse also happens to be the only bar in town that stays open past 11 pm. Do with this information what you will.
King Street Oyster Bar
Our after-party site....because what's the daughter of Marty Gary's wedding without a bivalve and some bubbles? Stop by for a dozen on the half shell before the ceremony Saturday or if you find Sunday morning you didn't seem to get enough of King Street in the wee hours, head back in before you leave!
Cuppa Giddy Up
We can't have any stragglers this weekend, stop in for your caffeine fix and get it together.
Salamander Resort & Spa
A luxury resort with activities for all, including zip lining, hiking, yoga, cooking classes, tennis, golf, falconry, fishing and of course all things equestrian. Book a ride or settle in at the five star spa pre-wedding. If you are looking for a lunch spot be sure to check out Harriman's Virginia Piedmont Grill or grab drinks/more casual fare at Gold Cup before having a drink on the lawn and taking part in the various outdoor games available (croquet, bocce ball, corn hole and life-sized chess) Be sure to book ahead if not staying on-site as things fill up!
Greenhill Vineyards
A great daytime activity, with a very instagram-able barrel room...if you're into that kind of thing.
Knead Wine
Run by the same owner of Tremolo, this is the best to-go wine and pizza shop. Snag a slice Sunday if you find you're suddenly in need of carbs.
Leesburg Recommendations
For those of you staying at the Hampton Inn, you're in luck, there is plenty to do and see while we get ready! The hotel is only a short uber ride to historic King Street which offers plenty of breweries, cafés, and shopping. Eat: King Street Oyster (Leesburg) Wine Kitchen Sidebar Shoe's Cup and Cork Shop: 27 South Brick and Mortar On Draft: -Black Hoof -Crooked Run -Black Walnut -Loudon County Brewing Co. Beyond historic downtown are plenty of other sights, shopping and vineyards. We recommend: -Stone Tower Winery, a massive, family-owned vineyard, with over 75 acres that specializes in sparkling rosé and Petit Verdot. -Morven Park -Oatlands Historic House and Gardens -The Old Lucketts Store
