When should I RSVP by?

What is the dress code for the wedding itself?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will be cocktail attire. Please note, the ceremony itself is on a lawn, so keep that in mind when selecting shoes - but the rest of the events will be on paved areas, so if you really want to rock your stilettoes, you will only have to be on grass for the ceremony :)

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will a shuttle running from the El Pueblo Inn (896 W Napa St, Sonoma, CA 95476) to the venue. Check out our Travel & Accommodations page for all the info you need.

Will there be parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking lot at Viansa (our Saturday venue).

Will there be Ubers/taxis available to get me home at the end of the night?

Answer

There will be a limited amount of Ubers/taxis available in Wine County later in the evening. If you'd like to arrive transportation back to your hotel, please see the taxi company information provided in the transportation section. Please please to pre-book a taxi if you need one!!

Are kids invited?

Answer

Yes! However, no childcare will be provided at the venue, so please plan accordingly! If you'd prefer to have the night off, we can give recommendations on local childcare companies that you can arrange a babysitter through. We are using a company recommended by our wedding planner called Joanna's Nannies for the childcare for our own little one (https://joannasnannies.com/).
