One of our favorite spots in Williamsburg! Kristin has worked here since 2016, and it's become so much more than a workplace. She ropes Nick into volunteering as often as she can, and he's an honorary member of the VBC Fam. Check out this special place and enjoy some great beer!
We are members here and love doing tastings or having a glass of wine with friends. Some of our favorite wines are the Petit Verdot Reserve, Wessex Hundred Cab Franc, and the Albarino.
We have season passes, and love to visit the park for both rides and to walk around. We love to stop by the Brauhaus Craft Bier Room to get away from the busy park. Be sure to get a soft pretzel across from Verbolten! Nick's favorite rides are Pantheon, Griffon, and Alpengeist. Kristin loves the swings, teacups, scrambler, and Grover's Alpine Express. Fun fact: Kristin bit Nick, and drew blood, when she braved Invadr.
Kristin and Nick have gone a few dates here and love to take out their frustrations. Their first time there Kristin and Nick could barely get the axe to stick, now they are experts!
Colonial Williamsburg and the downtown area is a fun place to walk, shop, and enjoy local restaurants. Like Kristin and Nick did plenty during the lockdown, you can walk the area and count the dogs. If you are itching for a bit more history, you can get a ticket that allows you to enter buildings and "experience" the historic sites. Being a ye olde historic area also lends itself to haunted landmarks, where you can learn more on one of many ghost tours.
A fun place to learn about Williamsburg's history and the original Jamestown settlement. Fun fact: Kristin worked here for several years!
