We're Getting Married

Christina and Michael met through friends of friends on a rooftop in Brooklyn on a beautiful day in June. Unbeknownst to them, both had actively tried to avoid the party that day, but it was a Saturday in New York and fate had other plans. It took only two dates for both to know this was the real deal, and when Michael moved to Washington DC, they committed to making it work. After many long trips on Amtrak, Christina booked a one way ticket to DC, just in time for COVID. Although COVID changed many things, it only brought them closer together, which led to their engagement at the Reflecting Pool on October 23, 2020. Three apartments, two new jobs and one engagement ring later, they are back in the city where it all began. November 5th can't come soon enough, and they look forward to celebrating with you all (y'all) deep in the heart of Texas!
