Where is the venue located?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be located at: The Weinberg at Wixon Valley 7786 Kurten Cemetery Rd, Bryan, TX 77808

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress semi-formally: suits, ties, and cocktail dresses. All wedding events will be held indoors, with a brief cocktail hour outside, if weather permits.

Who is invited?

Answer

Guests will be specified on your formal invitation. Due to limited space, please understand that plus ones and children are only included if mentioned in your RSVP.

When & where can I RSVP?

Answer

Please submit your RSVP on the "RSVP" tab on our website, or by mailing the RSVP card included with your formal invitation. Kindly respond by February 10th, 2025 to ensure we can include you in our plans for this special day!

What are the parking arrangements at the venue?

Answer

There is a spacious parking lot on the property, just a short walk from the venue. Additionally, there is a drop-off area at the front of the building for your convenience. Please note that valet parking is not available. Any vehicle left past 9am the following day will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00PM CST. We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early to allow time for parking and getting settled in the chapel.

Can I take pictures throughout the ceremony/reception?

Answer

We respectfully request that you avoid taking photos or videos during the ceremony, as a photographer will be present. Feel free to take as many pictures as you like after the ceremony ends!

Are there hotel blocks nearby the venue?

Answer

Information about hotel blocks can be found under the "Travel" tab on our website, where you can book your hotel room(s).

What is the bar situation?

Answer

We will offer a selection of beer, red and white wine, and signature drinks. Guests are able to open their own tabs and pay with cash or card, if they wish for beverages not offered on our bar menu.
