We're Getting Married!

After hearing Wyatt say this, Kristan decided that we should stop at the koi pond to feed the fish together. While him and I were feeding them together, I was completely unaware that Kristan was behind us setting up his phone hoping to catch THE special moment. In the video you can see Wyatt and I looking at the fish and Kristan show the camera the ring, then he gets my attention, but....... I knew something was up when Kristan didn't go to work. And he got Wyatt out of school early. And also he told me to get my nails done the day before. I asked him if we were going to be walking a lot, and he said no... We went to the Fort Worth Botanical Gardens and walked around for hours. I wore high heels... it was such a 'wonderful' time. When we got to the Japanese garden we stumbled upon a gazebo overlooking a beautiful water fountain and Wyatt burst out in excitement and said, "This is the perfect spot"

The morning I asked Riley to marry me, I got Wyatt out of school early and showed him the ring...... Kristan: "Look at this ring, I am going to give it to your mom and we are going to get married." Wyatt: "You can't get married!!" Kristan: ?????? Kristan: "Why not?" Wyatt: "Because! If you get married that means you will have babies. And if you have babies they will cry all the time and I wont be able to get any sleep at night." Kristan: "Thats a good point Wyatt. Babies can be annoying sometimes but that doesn't mean we can't get married" ..........38 seconds later.......... Wyatt: "I guess you can get married" Kristan: "Oh yeah?" Wyatt: "Yeah! If you have babies I will just close my door and the babies can sleep in the hallway on the floor." Kristan: "Great idea"

We met how all the cool kids meet, by swiping right! ... Duh. Kristan's bio will forever be something we giggle about. It said, " Tinder doesn't lead to relationships, prove me wrong." This obviously sparked some fire within me, and prove him wrong, I did! Our first date took us to the nostalgic charm of a drive-in movie, setting the stage for a connection that would prove unbreakable.
