The Wedding Website of Riley Gast and Brock Baker
Meet the family and friends who will be helping us celebrate our special day.

Colton Kesling

Groomsman

With a friendship of over 12 years, Colton knows more about me than anyone. (Not saying if that’s a good or bad thing!) He’s the life of the party and will get you out on the dance floor no matter what’s playing. Watch out for him at the wedding because he’ll have you making a fool of yourself in a matter of no time! Colton tells it like it is and doesn’t sugar coat a thing, which is one of my favorite things about him! PS: Sorry in advance if we break your ear drums from our joint-laughter...because when we get together, it seems to never stop.

Evan Flynn

Groomsman

We became friends my Junior year of High School. In those early days I was never 100% certain you liked me. We never talked to each other much unless we were in a group of mutual friends. However, now I know we are just equally awkward at making new friends! I slowly began to learn that our sense of humor matched more than I initially thought and that is how we really began to bond. Anytime the two of us are together in a group you can feel the energy is turned up a couple levels.

Claire Powers

Groomswoman

Having known Claire for almost 17 years, she and I have grown up together. Claire is the free spirited / smart friend who I can rely on for anything. From swimming in Lake Michigan in the rain, test driving my first car with me, and going on endless amounts of adventures all over Indiana, Claire has been there through it all. I have found a life-long friend in Claire and I’m so excited she is able to experience this day with me! Who would have thought the girl whose mom took me to see VeggieTales as a kid would end up becoming one of my life-long best friends?

Nathen Whaley

Groomsman

We became friends my Sophomore year of High School, and again I wasn't 100% sure you liked me. Nathen wrestled, played football, drove a manual Mustang, and had a goatee at the age of 15. Again, I quickly learned that you should never judge or rely on first impressions. As a group, we have so many memories going to Nathen's house in the middle of nowhere during the summer having bonfires, pool parties, cookouts, and all the dumb stuff that kids do.

Reid Gast

Groomsman

As an older brother, Reid has seen me grow from chunky baby Riley to who I am today. He’s been a role model, protector, and forever friend to me and I cannot thank him enough for everything he has done to help me grow. I’m so grateful to have a brother I can also call one of my best friends. From early childhood memories, through our awkward teenage years, to us becoming independent adults, Reid has had the biggest influence on shaping who I am. (And I’d like to think I’ve turned out pretty okay!) I love you, Reid!

Kody Potts

Groomsman

We became friends before our Freshman year of High School during Summer P.E. We were just a couple of scared Freshman that had no idea what was in store in the following months. Our friendship continued to grow throughout the duration of High School. The great thing about us is that we never take each other too seriously and we always have a good time when we hangout.

Savannah Segal

Groomswoman

As my coworker, Savannah gets the privilege of seeing me for 40 hours a week (usually a lot more though since we hang out outside of work on the regular!) She has quickly become one of my best friends due to our similar sense of humor and the fact that we never take ourselves too seriously. You’ll usually catch us making fun of one another which is just another one of the reasons she and I click so well! We’re coworkers but also friends, which means we have a mutual agreement that we won’t report each other to HR.

Dani Bowman

Groomswoman

We became friends my Junior year of College. Nathen had a big role in us becoming friends considering you are his significant other. I feel like we can always have a real conversation with each other. I remember you coming into the group and not knowing how to play Euchre. We quickly fixed that, and now I'm pretty sure you've played more games than I ever have! Dani was a great addition to the group and I am glad you and Nathen found each other.
