Lands End Lookout
This is a great scenic hike that gives you an excellent view of the Bay Bridge and the bay.
Crissy Field Overlook
Walk along the sand and from the Marina over to the Golden Gate Bridge
Ferry Building Marketplace
Shop the market and restaurants inside and enjoy a great view of the Bay Bridge
Golden Gate Park
The park is huge and there is so much to see and explore, if you are up for walking around check out the many landmarks in the park - including the bison!
Hayes Valley
Small shopping district with lots of boutiques and restaurants to explore.
Sunset District
Sunset is a bit of a trek, but if you have time to head over and explore the beach is beautiful there and there are some great restaurants and shops nearby including: Trouble Coffee, The General Store, Woods Brewery and Outerlands.
Mission Dolores Park
Dolores Park is a bit of a must for coming to SF. It's BYOB and will also be right near Valencia street in the mission where there are tons of great shops and restaurants. The famous Tartine Bakery is also nearby.
Bernal Heights
Further away, but Bernal Heights has a lot of great restaurants on Cortland street and we are a fan of Bare Bottle Brewery where you can bring your own food and board games.
Fort Mason Center
Amazing views and right near a park You can also walk to the piers from here if you are up for a longer walk. There are a few coffee shops and shops around here and Friday evenings they host Off-The Grid food truck events.
Painted Ladies/Alamo Square Park
Alamo Square Park is a beautiful park with an amazing view of the SF skyline and just across the street are the "Painted Ladies" a group of victorian houses that are brightly colored. Yes, the Full House home is nearby and so are we. Arguably Tule's favorite place in SF as we come here daily.
Pacific Heights
Go to the top of the massive hills of SF! Alta Plaza park is nearby with great views of the city and Fillmore street has lots of shopping and restaurants. You can also walk down the hill towards the Marina for more bars and restaurants.
Palace of Fine Arts Theatre
Originally built of the World Fair and now a must-see landmark near the Marina.
