The magical retelling of our Enchanted Engagement as told by our Personal Fairy Godmother, Molly (Matron of Honor & Bride's sister). The Proposal Once upon a time, in a land far, far away, there lived a couple named Ali and Riley. They were madly in love and had dreamt of spending their lives together. One day, Riley decided that it was time to take the next step and ask Ali to marry him. He knew that he wanted to make it a magical moment that they would cherish forever. Riley knew that Ali loved fairy tales and Disney, so he planned a trip to Disney World, where he would propose to her in front of Cinderella's Castle. But he couldn't do it alone. So, he called Ali's sister, Molly, who is a former Disney cast member. Molly, of course, was thrilled to help! Riley shared the specific (and thoughtfully planned) details of exactly how he wanted the proposal to happen. From there, Molly planned every detail of the execution, even creating an 11-page PDF of detailed instructions to make sure to pull off every surprise flawlessly! On the day of the proposal, Ali and Riley arrived at the park. Once they arrived at the special spot in front of the castle, Riley got down on one knee and presented Ali with a stunning pear-shaped diamond ring. It was truly a fairy tale moment. To make it even more magical, the ring was presented in a beautiful Cinderella carriage. Ali was completely surprised, but of course, she said "yes!" Riley's parents, along with Ali's best friend, Natalie, & her husband had come to surprise the couple. Ali's parents joined in via video chat as well! There were tears of joy and happiness all around. After the proposal, the newly engaged couple spent the day in Magic Kingdom, celebrating their love and excitement for their future together. They rode all the rides, danced together, and even met some of their favorite Disney characters. As the sun set and the day came to a close, Ali & Riley knew that their love story was just beginning. They were grateful for the magic of Disney, the love of their friends & family, & most of all, for each other. That was the beginning of their happily ever after!
