what attire is required?
Answer
Formal/Black-Tie attire will be required to attend both ceremony and reception. Heels are not required A turf is located where the ceremony will take place so your beautiful heels wont sink in the depths of the earth!! Please no jeans, khaki's, Sweats, flipflops, Work boots or sneakers. Cowboy boots are fine too (reception flops are fine ) Example as some guests have asked for more details on attire. Men: Slacks, Dress shirt, Tie, a Suit or Tuxedo. Dress shoes. Women: Dress short or long, Formal pants suit, Formal gowns, Dress shoes. Any questions please feel free to reach out to Justin or Kara **if for any reason you medically can't meet the requirements, please don't worry and dress to your ability and comfort level !!

Is there smoking allowed on the property?
Answer
Smoking is available in designated areas only!! No vaping of any kind is allowed inside the Venue. Anyone who chooses to will be removed from property per Venue.

valet parking is provided free of charge and only way to park your vehicle. Please No Tips!

where do we stay?
Answer
Although we had hoped for lodging on the property it's for members only. You will find hotels and Airbnb available throughout the area. We will be providing discounted lodging at the provided locations which you can find in our Travel tab. ** If you are planning on staying at one of the selected hotels that rooms are blocked at, please be sure to do so asap! Rooms that are not booked by August 26, 2024 will be released to the public.

Can we bring outside food or drinks?

Absolutely no outside food or beverages are allowed on the property!!

Hotel booking with BIG E in town?
Answer
Yes, the Famous BIG E Fair will also be going on at the time of our wedding so with that please book your hotel ASAP if you are planning on staying in the area! If you need more than 1 night, we have provided them in our blocked bookings please reach out to the hotel or Justin/Kara so we can assist you with all your travel needs.

Can i bring someone ?

As much as we would love to have everyone be able to bring all loved ones, we unfortunately ask that only Guest who are listed on invites including children attend the wedding. Thank you all for understanding!

What happens if i miss the RSVP date??
Answer
If any of our Guest by misfortune miss the rsvp date Unfortunately, you will be unable to attend the wedding. Our venue requires us to have our count in a month before the wedding date. Everything is made and created in house for our Guest. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
