We met the online dating way. If you ask me, we met on Stir; if you ask Rick, he will say Match. LOL! We had the best conversations right from the start. It took us 3 weeks to go on our first date, which was my fault. That time of year gets very busy for me with Kendalynne. I kept telling Rick, I can't this weekend. And then I think I cancelled on him a time or two. At least that's what he says happened. He almost just moved on, but for some reason he still went on a date with me. Now I think the reason was we are meant to be. It was love at first sight for me. I knew on that first date he was the one for me. We've been inseparable ever since.

Our one year anniversary was coming up so we planned a 3 day trip to Disneyland. I love that place, he just tolerated it for me. LOL! He proposed to me the 1st day of our 3 day trip. He loves the Haunted Mansion ride and during Halloween it is decorated in Nightmare Before Christmas. (He loves this too) So I'm sure you know what I'm going to say next. Yes, he asked me to marry him on that ride right in front of Jack Skellington. I was later told he was going to ask me during dinner at the Blue Bayou, but if you know Rick, he has a hard time keeping a surprise a secret. LOL!
