What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin at 3:00 pm, so please be sure to give you and any other members of your party adequate time to get settled in your seats

Are Kids and +1's Invited?

Answer

We have addressed the invitations to the people we would love to come, please check your invite for those formally invited. If we have invited your little ones and/or plus ones please ensure that you are RSVPing for yourself and the others included in your party.

Is there free parking for the ceremony and/or reception?

Answer

Yes! Upon arrival, you will follow the signs that will direct you to the correct parking lot for the Leverenz/Richards Wedding in the Barn.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you are staying at the Marriot there will be a shuttle provided for transportation.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Your guess is as good as ours. Arizona winters can vary in temps from 50-80 degrees. While we will have outdoor heaters set up, we recommend bringing something to keep you warm during the outdoor ceremony just in case!

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

Yes...and no. We would love for you to take photos through the wedding, however, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.
