Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, for the ceremony and reception the dress code is cocktail attire- think garden party; classy but appropriate for Church or an Easter celebration. It is quite warm in Oregon in July- generally sunny and in the mid 70's to high 80's with some humidity. After the ceremony, bring your casual clothes for a 4th of July relaxed wedding reception at the park.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as you know that you can come. We are hoping to have many guests from across the country and around the globe so planning ahead is essential.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! This should be included in your invitation-if it says the "______ family" then everyone is invited. We will host the wedding reception at the park. The park has green spaces, hiking paths, a play structure, and tennis courts. There will also be a variety of tabletop and lawn games, music, and dancing.

Question

Can I bring alcohol?

Answer

No. The park strictly prohibits alcohol on the premises (public city land). We also would like guests to abide our request to keep the wedding "dry" as neither of us drink and our families do not either.

Question

Can I bring pets?

Answer

No. The park prohibits pets unless they are registered service animals with up to date paperwork.
