Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We are hoping to start our ceremony promptly at 5:00pm. We ask that our guests arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.

Are children invited?

Answer

Although we love your children dearly, we cannot accommodate them all. We are limiting children to our immediate family and wedding party unless otherwise noted on your invitation. We hope you enjoy the night off!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Since we chose a summer wedding, we want all of our guests to be comfortable. Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be inside. There is space for guests to enjoy outside, but the majority of events will be held indoors.

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We are contracted with a shuttle bus. We have transportation secured from our primary hotel, The Hampton Inn, to our wedding venue. At this time, our shuttle bus is unable to route to our second hotel, The Comfort Inn. There is plenty of parking at the wedding venue.

Answer

Absolutely.

Have you booked hotel room blocks?

Answer

Yes! We have blocked rooms at The Hampton Inn in Hazleton, PA. The address is 1 Top of the 80s Road Hazleton, PA 18202. To receive the Sassaman-Craddock wedding discounted rate, please book your room before June 10, 2022.
