We have reserved a room block and discount code at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Morgantown. Book by 8/16. When booking, ask for the Lambert-Threatt wedding block for a discounted rate. This hotel will also have a shuttle to and from the event venue for your convenience. Please note on Saturday before the ceremony, there will be one shuttle that departs the Fairfield Inn & Suites at 4:15pm to take guests to the venue. Please be ready at this time to ensure you are able to take advantage of this transportation option. There will be three shuttles back to the Fairfield following the wedding beginning at 9pm. If you choose to drive to Brown Mountain Beach Resort, there is plenty of parking that will be available on-site.

On-site accommodations at Brown Mountain Beach Resort have been allocated for the wedding party and immediate family. If a cabin or yurt at Brown Mountain was reserved in your honor, you will have the opportunity to accept or decline it through the RSVP process on this website. For all other guests, we have reserved a room block and discount code at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Morgantown. This hotel will also have a shuttle to and from the event venue for your convenience. Tent camping is allowed on the Brown Mountain Beach Resort property for a $30 fee. Please note you will also be responsible for bringing your own gear.
